Payment methods
We can accept the payment in advance, in Japanese yen, by PAYPAL.
We will send you the PAYPAL money request as soon as I receive your order.
PAYPAL remittance charge (3.9% + 40 JPY) is included in the requested amount.
The customs duties are a burden for a buyer. Please contact post office or the custom in your country for inquiries concerning the import taxation and the quarantine rules.
Returning (djembe)
If you do not satisfied with the Djembe after you receive it, I accept returning, then refund the payment for the drum. In such a case, please inform me within a week from the delivery. If the drum does not have any evident defect, for example skin or wood damaged, please bear the returning cost. Of course I wish you like the Djembe and you have good time with it.
In case the Djembe seems to be damaged during the way of transport, please make a report to the transporter as soon as possible to claim insurance, then please inform me. In this case I receive returning, then you will be refunded the payment for the drum and the returning cost.
